The Man Behind Site Build It Review
By admin | June 29, 2009
Sometimes a successful Internet marketer comes from an unlikely background. Many come from other commercial marketing areas or other sales professions. But Ken Evoy has a completely different background: M.D. Once a full-time medical doctor, Evoy is now founder and CEO of SiteSell Inc. His products have made an impact on modern internet marketing.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Evoy was a successful physician after graduating from McGill University with honors. Along with two other doctors, he trained a staff of two-hundred for Montreal’s emergency medical service. This led to service in the emergency medicine departments of two large hospitals in the city.
From full-time physician to one of the most productive toy makers in Canada, Evoy has journeyed from one corner of the career globe to the next. Between 1985 and 1998 his game design company hit their stride, creating over twenty types of toys which sold internationally.
Though not a household name, Evoy is a phenomenon amongst web-based business. His SithBuildIt! software has enabled thousands to create, manage and succeed with their own Internet business. A Simple Site Build It Review shows this. This software is a natural evolution of his work in the 1990′s developing web-based products.
In everything Ken has done he respects people and knows how they tick. He has touched so many people who have build successful businesses using his software.
His daughter paid her way through college by using his SiteBuildIt! to build her own website. Her site, anguilla-beaches.com, has become a go-to site for tourism in Anguilla
Besides his software, Evoy is also a world-class author of marketing books. One of his first books, Make Your Site Sell, is referred to as “the Bible of selling on the net.” Not only is the book’s information invaluable, the original price of seventeen dollars meant that it was also affordable. Evoy is one of the original believers in the phrase “if you’re going to have a website, you might as well sell something.” This attitude, prophetic at the time, has become the standard position in websites today.
With all these ventures, you’d think that he would take it easy. But Ken Evoy still gives a few days a week to practicing medicine, which only goes to show that a man who can be trusted with your life can be trusted with your business.
