Finding a solicitor for what you want is a hard task to undertake. Firms of solicitors have a remarkable way of portraying themselves as the answer to any legal dilemma and will convince you that they will be able to win your case diligently and very expeditiously!
When viewing pages worth of advertisements for solicitor firms, you will find it hard to place a pin between them. They will all promise you the earth and you will be none the wiser. The solicitors with the biggest advertising budgets have the biggest and best adverts in solicitors directorys, but not necessarily the best service.
To be fair though, this is the nature of any industry. You may never get a true picture of the service provider’s ability until after you have instructed them and completed the contract. Unfortunately though, this negative aspect of firms of solicitors is very uncommon. Most firms of solicitors work in this way and this is often reflected in the level of service the clients receive.
